Rebuilding West

All this week we are honoring Senior Corps volunteers and highlighting the impact they make in communities across the country. In the wake of disaster, hurricanes, tornadoes and explosions, RSVP volunteers are often first on the scene. They help rebuild homes, deliver supplies and run volunteer stations. Such is the case for the town of West, Texas. A few minutes after a devastating explosion ripped through the town, RSVP volunteers were there to help organize volunteers and deliver meals.
