At College Possible, AmeriCorps members serve as coaches to low-income students in an effort to make the college admissions process accessible. AmeriCorps members help 98% of College Possible students gain admittance to college, making them four times more likely to earn a degree. Watch:

Pathway to Homeownership

After Hurricane Sandy, Barb was able to rehab her home with help from the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate. It motivated her to give back as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Read how here.
